Enter on the main level through a separate well decorated foyer where you will find the spectacular great room with its massive chalet windows and large chandelier, wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and wood floors, spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen with an island, the master bedroom with private TV and bath. This area is well furnished with two large comfortable sofas (one opens to a queen bed), a 50 inch TV and DVD/VCR, glider chairs, 10 place dining table and bar stools at the kitchen island. The great room opens to the upper deck with its gas BBQ grill and rocking chairs for viewing the city and mountains.	This is truly a remarkable large Mountain Chalet conveniently located in the City of Gatlinburg and only a fifteen minute walk to downtown with its variety of restaurants, shops and other activities. The unique tri-level arrangement with the large living area and master bedroom on the main level, the three bedrooms, game room and hot tub on the floor below and the three bedrooms and the indoor Jacuzzi on the floor above means that large groups can be together, but also spread out for comfort, making this chalet a great place for family vacations, reunions, group vacations, weddings, receptions and business retreats. Going down stairs there is another king size master bedroom and bath with its own TV and DVD as well as two queen size bedrooms, one of which also has its own TV and VCR, as well as another bath. The three bedrooms surround the game room which has a pool table, air hockey table, bar stools, TV and stereo set - all ready for your enjoyment yet separated from the upper levels. The game room opens to the lower deck where the hot tub and deck chairs are located. The utility room with full size washer and dryer is also located on the lower floor. Going upstairs from the main level you will find two king size bedrooms, both with TV’s and a VCR, one queen size bedroom, two baths and the beautiful Jacuzzi room.
The view is absolutely breathtaking as it overlooks the twinkling lights of the center of downtown Gatlinburg and its Space Needle with the beautiful Smoky Mountains as the backdrop. It is only 2 years old and in excellent condition being maintained and decorated by the Owners for use by their own family as well as by others.
