We are the Kasimier family from Cocoa Beach
Fl and last week stayed in the "Happy Days" chalet. We
wanted to tell you that it was an outstanding week for us, the chalet
was excellent, clean, spacious, absolutely gorgeous view, and exceeded
our expectations. As flat-land FLoridians, we gasped a bit at the
drive up the mountain, but once we got "used to" the road, -
no problem. Each day we got up, leisurely had coffee and talk with
each other, then headed down to town and some of the fun activities, did
hiking which was wonderful, skied, and took family trips to Food City:)
Our family is Mom, Dad, our four "children" in their 20s who
have completed college with one daughter finishing this spring with a
nursing degree - although we all live in Fl, we still we are
scattered. We drove to Tennessee together and shared a wonderful
week - everyone had a great time together. Also, our daughter's fiancé
and his family visited the area for a couple of days so we got to meet
them and have much fun and work on next summer's wedding plans together. The chalet itself was a perfect choice. I just reread your philosophy and policies on the internet and that was what had encouraged me to chose your chalets last spring. We loved having the different levels to give some privacy, the pool table and hot tub were definitely fun, and we realized how much we enjoy the home atmosphere with furniture, kitchen, porches, rather than a motel room in a noisy city environment. This is lengthy but we wanted to thank you again for your honest and thorough web site, and your advice and help as we selected a chalet and made the arrangements. I can't wait to come back!! Just wanted to let you know we had a
GREAT time at Happy Days! The directions were great and we drove right
to it. It was very clean, well maintained with lots of
"stuff" in the kitchen to work with and use. Nice touch
having the Christmas tree for our enjoyment. We will definitely keep

all of your help in making our parents 50th Anniversary trip to

have been down here for Resurrection '04. It has been a wonderful,
spiritually uplifting experience. The chalet has added to our good

This
was a 4 day weekend for 9 of us. It was a x-mass gift from my
family from me and I think I made a great choice this place is
beautiful. We had a great time, it even snowed. It couldn't
have been better, this was the first time all my kids spend this much
time together since they were little. Thank you for sharing this

With family from Texas, Alabama and
Pennsylvania we selected "something in the middle" for the
holiday. We spent our beautiful Smoky Mountain Christmas warm and
cozy, in this great lodge. Muckleroy Party, 12/03 We
all want to thank you for what was an awesome mountain vacation for all
of us -- your chalet is wonderful and it accommodated us all with
ease. Cleanliness was extremely important to me. However,
with disappointment no bears were seen. |

My
family was here for our first 4 generation family vacation. The
chalet is beautiful and we have enjoyed it. There was plenty of
room and no one was ready to leave on Sunday. My dad was sad that
we didn't see a bear, my grandfather was glad we didn't. The
grandkids had a blast. My husband and sisters would like the pool
table moved (as if their games would improve). Thank you Darlene
for rescuing us Friday night - you were a life saver. We are

It is another beautiful morning here and we
are preparing to leave. This is the first of what we hope to be an
annual family event. We have all enjoyed relaxing and laughing
together. The first night it must have been "George" raccoon
but the second night he brought "Ricki" with him. We had
the sliding glass door open and they walked right in like they lived
here. We took lots of pictures. Thanks for sharing your

A
very beautiful place, this was our first visit to Gatlinburg and it is a
very pretty place. We will be returning again, love the chlaet
will come back. I love my stay her just not enough time to see
