We have been coming here for over 10 years.  Sometimes with the family and sometimes just the 2 of us.  We always stay in cabins or chalets.  We have stayed with several different rental companies and I would have to say thatyour company has been the most convenient and the cleanest place we have ever stayed in.  We liked no having to check in and cleanliness is the next important factor for us.  Normally we do not use the hot tub in the units we stay in but this one was so clean that we couldn't resist.  I stumbled across your web site and everything you say on the site is absolutely true.  I am sure we will stay with you on our next visit.  Let your cleaning crew know what a great job they do!

We arrived around 4:30 Friday evening and wasn't sure we would make the mountain but we did.  We were pleasantly surprised of the view and the house.  I was a little afraid to go out on the deck, but worked my way to do that.  So again we thank you 
All and all we enjoyed the vacation we had, we loved staying in the house, and the trip up and down the mountain was quite an adventure!!

"Both Stan and I wanted to thank you for helping make our little 'get away' such an enjoyable one.  We absolutely loved the little log cabin home we stayed in.  It surely is a 'home away from home' kinda place.  The ONLY thing lacking is a gas grill .... We thought that was included and brought things to grill out in the evenings .... (a)     The website’s record of your company’s history. We were very much taken up by the fact that you had been on both ends of the business as vacationers, and as managers, and were aware of some of the shortcomings in the industry, and the impact that those factors have on the vacationers.

(b)     The photographic record of each cabin and chalet leaves no room for surprises when we actually arrive, and also assisted us very greatly in our choice.

(c)     The website’s ability to quickly show us the availability of the properties.

(d)     The very reasonable pricing levels of your properties when compared to some other companies.

(e)     There were no hidden additional costs, in some cases we saw up to $200 extra added to the prices quoted

(f)       The fact that no pets are allowed.

(g)     Your use of anti smoke odor products.

(h)     And finally, a mountain view actually means a mountain view.

We loved your chalet. My husband and I, our son and his wife, our
two daughters and two of their friends stayed. Everyone had their
private space. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the
view. I saw a deer in your drive way Saturday. I was sitting on the
lower deck and thought I heard someone walking above me. After going upstairs to check it out, I saw the deer. All three children were satisfied with the chalet and that is unusual. We left the chalet like we found it.
